Quebec- Day 5

Instead of having class first thing, we headed over to the farmers market. I love farmers markets- I can never over emphasize the importance of buying fresh local products! Getting to speak with the farmers about their products and methods is exceptionally valuable. They can tell you about their crops, and you can see the love they have for what they do and what they produce. This is far superior to buying an piece of fruit from a mountain of produce in a grocery store.
